We connect your tools, set up the app, handle migrations, and introduce your accounting team. We do our best to have you fully onboarded within a week. If you are behind, no worries, we will help get you caught up.

Weekly Bookkeeping

Upload receipts on the go through Dext by snapping a photo or forwarding invoices by email. Your books are processed weekly, reconciled monthly, reviewed by real accountants, and organized for sales tax and year-end.

What happens when you sign up

We aim to complete most onboards within one week of signing up. The purpose is to get your systems connected, your bookkeeping environment ready, and your accounting team in place.

This is the day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month service once onboarding is complete. It is designed to keep you current with less than five minutes from you each week.

Daily visibility

The Agile App gives you a live place to see quick weekly to-dos, questions, reports, and what your accounting team needs from you. Receipt and invoice uploads are handled through Dext, so backup stays organized around the bookkeeping workflow.

Weekly bookkeeping

Your team processes the current bookkeeping weekly so transactions, backup, questions, and exceptions keep moving. Most weeks, staying current takes less than five minutes from you each week.

Monthly close

Every month, the books are reconciled and reviewed so reporting is built on a cleaner foundation. This includes bank and credit card reconciliations, CPA-managed accountant review, and GST, HST, and PST filings.

Year-end close

Agile completes CPA-managed reviews, reconciliations, and analytics so your year-end file is ready for a clean handoff. We coordinate with your year-end tax accountant so they get clean books and what they need to close smoothly while helping keep costs low.
